JAMB/Institutions Deadline for 2020/2021 Admissions June 1

Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB and all institutions (Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges) have agreed to end admission exercise for 2020/2021 academic session by June 1, 2021.

All members of the general public, institutions and candidates inclusive, are hereby informed. Therefore, if you are wondering when 2020/2021 admission will end, it is 1st June, 2021.

The examination body demands total compliance. All Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges have been informed that they should not conduct admission beyond this set date. See full details below.

JAMB Sets Admission Deadline For 2020/2021 Academic Session

The following is the statement from JAMB on this development:

“After a robust and insightful deliberation, members collectively agreed that all public universities are expected to finish their admissions on or before May 15, 2021, while the private universities and all IEIs, polytechnics and colleges of education (COEs) would complete theirs at the agreed date of June 15, 2021.

“Prof. Oloyede reiterated that the chosen deadlines remained sacrosanct and binding on all institutions as the board would not tolerate any breaches of the collective decision reached at the meeting,” the statement said.
