RIVPOLY Procedures For Students To Revalidate Their Studentship – 2014/2015
Rivpoly has issued a memo directing students to re – validate their statuses as students of the polytechnic. All students of the institution are hereby informed.
Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori Governing Council and Management have issued a memo directing that a surcharge of N20,000 be levied each student. In addition to this, a portal access charge of N1,000 and bank-charge of N300 will be paid by each student while paying the surcharge, making a total of N21,300 to be paid into any of the following accounts:
- Account Name: Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori
- Zenith Bank Acc. No. – 1013729461
- Access Bank Acc. No. – 0054968747
The student should go to any branch of Access Bank or Zenith Bank and ask to pay Riv. Poly. Surcharge. The student will be asked to supply his or her matriculation number.
After paying at the bank, a printout with a unique code will be issued. The student is to use this code to log into Rivpoly portal and print out a copy of “Students’ Undertaking of Good Conduct.”
The form has to be filled, signed and stamped by Commissioner of Oats/Notary Public and submitted at their departmental Offices in triplicate. The student is strongly advised to keep a copy of the printout from bank, Bursary receipt and the Undertaking form as this will be used to admit students into Examination.
All students are implored to follow this guidelines and make this payment in order to acertain their studentship. Any students that fails to do so might not be recognised as a bonafide student of the institution.
