The FCC Ibadan Diploma Application Form for the 2025/2026 academic session is now available.

The Federal Cooperative College (FCC), Ibadan, is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its Diploma in Cooperative Studies and Professional Diploma (PD) programs. Whether you’re a secondary school graduate or an experienced cooperative officer, there’s a program for you.

FCC Ibadan Diploma Application Form: Programs Offered

The following diploma programs are available for the 2025/2026 session:

1. Diploma in Cooperative Studies (DCS)

Mode: Full-Time
Duration: Two academic sessions

2. Professional Diploma in Cooperative Studies (PD)

Mode: Full-Time & Part-Time
Duration: One academic session

These programs are designed to provide both foundational and advanced knowledge in cooperative development and management, making them suitable for fresh school leavers and working professionals.

Who Can Apply for the FCC Ibadan Diploma Application Form?

Diploma in Cooperative Studies (DCS)

To be eligible, applicants must:

Have at least five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in any of the following exams:
- WAEC
- NECO
- GCE
- NABTEB
Compulsory subjects: English Language and Mathematics
Other acceptable subjects: Economics, Government, Civic Education, Geography, Commerce, Account, Agricultural Science, or Biology

Professional Diploma in Cooperative Studies (PD)

This program is intended for:

University or Polytechnic graduates in other disciplines seeking a diploma in cooperative studies
Serving Cooperative Officers with relevant work experience but without formal training in cooperative management

Important: Candidates who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for the position. FCC Ibadan reserves the right to withdraw admission if submitted information or credentials are found to be false.

How to Apply for FCC Ibadan Diploma Application Form 2025/2026

Step 1: Payment for Application Form

Application fee: ₦7,500
Pay via Remita using the following process:
1. Visit www.remita.net
2. Click “Pay FGN and State TSA.”
3. Under “MDA Name,” search and select FEDERAL CO-OPERATIVE COLLEGE – IBADAN.
4. Generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
5. Make payment at any commercial bank or via online banking.

Step 2: Obtain Scratch Card

After payment, collect your application scratch card from the college’s admission office to access the registration portal.

Step 3: Complete the Online Application

Visit the FCC Ibadan Admission Portal
Enter the PIN from your scratch card.
Fill in all required details accurately.
Upload necessary documents
Submit the form and print a copy for your records.

Attach the following documents to your printed application form:

Copy of Remita’s payment receipt
Scratch card slip
O’Level result (photocopy or printout)
One recent passport-sized photograph
Birth certificate or sworn age declaration

What Happens After Submission?

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an admission interview.
