Academic Ranks and Qualifications

Professor

Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant field
Experience: Minimum of 12 years in teaching and research at a university
Publications: At least 20 peer-reviewed articles in reputable journals indexed in Scopus or similar

Associate Professor

Qualification: Ph.D.
Experience: At least 10 years in teaching/research roles
Publications: Minimum of 18 scholarly articles in recognized journals

Senior Lecturer

Qualification: Ph.D.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in academia
Publications: At least 15 relevant publications

Lecturer I

Qualification:
- Ph.D. with at least nine publications; or
- Master’s degree with at least 10 publications and evidence of Ph.D. progress
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of teaching/research experience
