AE-FUNAI Post-UTME Form 2022/2023 Is Out

AE-FUNAI Post-UTME form and Direct Entry admission screening form for 2022/2023 is out. Alex Ekwueme Federal Univesity, Ndufu-Alike Ikwo (Formerly FUNAI) has started selling supplementary post UTME forms for the 2022/2023 academic session.

This is to inform the general public, especially candidates that sat for the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) that vacancies for supplementary admission exist in the under-listed programmes of the University:

The official AE-FUNAI cut-off mark for admission was also released. Registration (application) shall commence on Monday, 24th October, 2022 and end on Wednesday , 30th November, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for AE-FUNAI Post-UTME Screening

Applicants who did not select AE-FUNAI as their first choice institution but desire to study at AE-FUNAI in 2022 UTME and scored at least 200 for Medicine and Surgery, 200 for Law, and at least 150 for other programs are eligible to apply for P-UTME.

However, such candidates must complete the JAMB portal’s “Change of Institution/Course” form for AE-FUNAI by Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at the latest. This way, you become eligible to buy and fill the AE-FUNAI Post-UTME form. Candidates for Direct Entry (DE) are likewise affected by this.

  1. Prospective candidates who may wish to register for the Post-UTME through the
    AE-FUNAI ICT Centres, should visit the
    • University CBT Centre at Zone A in the University Campu, OR
    • Centre for Educational Services (JUPEB/Pre-Degree School) Aguogboriga Estate, Abakaliki.
  2. During registration, candidates are advised to use GSM numbers that are easily accessible to them.  This is important for fast and easy communication.
  3. Candidates should note that at any point of the screening and admission exercise, if any false information is discovered/ noticed, such candidate’s application would automatically be disqualified.

How To Apply For AE-FUNAI Post-UTME Form Online

Eligible candidates are required to pay a screening fee of N2,000 only.

  • To register, follow the steps outlined below:
  • Visit the University website: www.funai.edu.ng, go to ADMISSIONS at the top menu or QUICK LINKS,
  • Click on 2020/2021 PUTME Screening Registration OR  2020/2021 Direct Entry Admission Registration
  • Click on “Prospective Students”
  • Click on “Click to Apply” under 2020/2021 Admission Screening Application
  • Enter your “JAMB Registration Number”
  • Select your payment mode (Generate Remita Retrieval Reference Number). 
  • Proceed to any commercial bank for your payment with your Remita number.
  • Return to the Application page and enter your “JAMB Registration Number” again.
  • Proceed with the completion of the form
  • Submit your application.
  • Print out your acknowledgement slip.

Candidates who successfully complete the above process will be allowed access to a link through which they can upload their O’Level credentials for screening.

Mode of Screening for 2022/2023

The screening mode for the 2022/2023 academic session PUTME shall be through the process of assessment of JAMB UTME results, verified  O/ Level and Direct entry results. There shall not be a AE-FUNAI Post-UTME Computer Based Test (CBT).

All candidates are requested to ensure that their O/ Levels and Direct Entry results are uploaded on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System     (CAPS) on or before Wednesday, 30th November, 2022. Any PUTME application without result upload will not be processed.
