This is to inform students, staff, other stakeholders and the entire public that Ambrose Alli University has a new Vice Chancellor. Professor Ignatius Akhakhia Onimawo has been appointed the new Vice Chancellor of Ambrose Alli University (AAU) by the Governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole upon the completion of the tenure of the past Vice Chancellor.
The appointment which is for a period of five (5) years took effect from 11th May, 2016.
Before his appointment, Professor Ignatius Akhakhia Onimawo was a Professor of Biochemistry in the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
