Apply For UNILAG Diploma in Early Childhood Education Programme For 2015/16
The Department of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Lagos in collaboration with Human Resources Centre is requesting qualified candidates to apply for admission into its six-month programme in Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
(A) DIPLOMA IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
DURATION OF THE COURSE: Six (6) months to 2 Semesters
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Applicants are required to have a minimum of School Certificate with five passes including Credit in English Language.
TUITION FEE: N60,000, COURSE MATERIALS: N15,000
LECTURES HOLD ON SATURDAYS FROM: 9.00 am to 3.00 pm
VENUE: Faculty of Education, University of Lagos, Akoka-Yaba, Lagos

(B) ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
DURATION OF THE COURSE: Six (6) months to 2 Semesters
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Applicants are required to possess at least

METHOD OF APPLICATION
GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM:
- Visit the Human Resources Development Centre Portal (hrdc.unilag.edu.ng) Click on the “Application form”.
- Click the pre-application form link; provide the required information and submit to obtain a Payment Reference Number (Voucher).You are expected to print out the Payment Reference Number (voucher) and take it to the bank.
- Make payment at any branch of the designated banks stated below:
- F Wema Bank Plc, Eco Bank Plc, Access Bank Plc, First Bank Plc at the University of Lagos Branches only.
- Applicants are expected to take the printed payment Reference Number (voucher) to the bank for payments of N7, 500 which is the cost of Application Form.
- After payment, return to Human Resources Development Centre Portal (hrdc.unilag.edu.ng) Click the Application link, then Application Form link, login with Payment Reference Number as user name and provide surname in lowercase as password.
- Click the Edit Application form link to fill the Application Form and upload digital passport (jpeg
format) which should not be more than 15kb in size and must be in white background.
- Click “SUBMIT FORM” button after filling the form completely; else click “DECLINE” button. After
Submission, applicants are required to print the completed Application Form for submission at the Human Resources Development Centre Secretariat with the following documents:

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS AND COLLECTION OF ADMISSION LETTERS
The completed application forms should be submitted to Human Resources Development Centre Secretariat not later than Friday, March 4, 2016.
Admission letters for shortlisted candidates are to be printed online after payment of Nine Thousand Naira (N9,000) for administrative and medical charges.
Login in with your Application Number and Surname as your password to print the admission letter.
The admission list will be made available on HRDC Portal (hrdc.unilag.edu.ng). Please note that admission letters will not be posted to individual candidates.
