Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School Of Health Information Management (SHIM), Abubakar Tafewa Balewa University Teaching Hospital (ATBUTH), professional diploma programme for the 2018/2019 academic session.

ATBUTH SHIM Entry Requirements:
Credit in English, Mathematics and Biology or Health Science and any two passes in Physics or Chemistry and any other Subject Chosen from economics, geography, Agric Science at not more than two (2) sittings.
Application Fee: The application fee for ATBUTH School of Health Information Management admission form is N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira).
Interested candidates should come to School of Nursing ATBUTH Bauchi to collect invoice to enable them pay the fees at TSA pay point of ATBUTH. The forms will be collected at the school registry after payment.
Note:Â All completed forms should be returned to the school on or before 13th July, 2018.
Entrance examination will be conducted on Saturday 14th July, 2018.
Successful candidates will be invited for interview on 13th August, 2018. The entrance examination and interview will be conducted at the School of Nursing ATBU Teaching Hospital Bauchi.
