Covenant University 13th Convocation Ceremony Schedule – 2018

Covenant University (CU) 13th Convocation Ceremony date (schedule) has been released by the management. The details of the 2017 Covenant University Convocation Ceremony have been published for all concerned persons to access.

The Chancellor, Dr. David Oyedepo, on behalf of the Board of Regents, Management, Senate, Faculty, Staff and Students cordially invites members of the general public to the Covenant University’s 13th Convocation Ceremony for the award of First and Higher Degrees and Presentation of Prizes.

Covenant University 13th Convocation Ceremony Schedule – 2017

Covenant University will be holding its 13th Convocation Ceremony on Friday, July 20, 2018, in the University’s Chapel at Canaan Land, Ota, Ogun State.

Tagged ‘The Release of Eagles’, the convocation ceremony will be honouring graduands across all academic programmes. The graduands of Covenant will have the opportunity to be recognised for their achievements in front of the University’s Board of Regents, Management, the Senate, honoured guests, professors, Covenant staff, family members, and the media.

Activities lined up for this year’s ceremony kicked off on Wednesday, July 18 with a Special Convocation Assembly, a Hooding Event for the School of Postgraduate Studies and a Special Convocation Service.

Friday’s convocation ceremony, scheduled to hold between 9am and 12.30 am, will feature a Keynote Address with the topic, ‘Influencing Change in Africa: Roles and Responsibilities of Emerging Leaders’, to be delivered by Mrs. Ibukun Awosika, Chairman, First Bank of Nigeria Plc.

All Students for the convocation are expected to be well seated and dressed properly for the occasion. Details on how to obtain their convocation gowns would be released soon.
