CHTCalabar gets full accreditation for all Courses

Governor Liyel Imoke of Cross River State has said the state’s College of Health Technology in Calabar has now gotten full accreditation for all its academic programmes.

He stated this yesterday during the institution’s 8th matriculation ceremony held in Calabar.

Represented by the Commissioner for Health, Prof. Angela Oyo-Ita, Imoke said his administration had also carried out massive renovation and construction works in the college in line with the National Health Policy specifications.

According to him, “the most astonishing is the five years’ accreditation granted to the Department of Medical Laboratory Science by Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.”
