Ebonyi State University (EBSU) New School Fees Regime

Ebonyi State University (EBSU) informs Fresh Students about New School Fees Regime which the school started. The message is available on the official website of EBSU. In the message, the management of EBSU made it clear that the school fees paid by fresh students in their first year would be what shall be paid throughout their stay in the University. The fees will not be reduced in their second and subsequent years in school.

Here is the full message issued by EBSU on the new school fees Regime:

THE CURRENT FRESH STUDENTS OF EBONYI STATE UNIVERSITY HAD BETTER LISTENED TO THIS IMPORTANT ANOUNCEMENT.
ARISING FROM MANAGEMENT DECISION, CURRENT FRESHMEN OF EBSU ARE HEREBY REMINDED, FOR EMPHASIS, THAT THE FEE REGIME THEY ARE CURRENTLY PAYING SHALL BE CONTINUED TILL THEIR GRADUATION. THE PURPOSE OF THIS EMPHASIS IS TO ADVICE THE (FRESH) FIRST YEAR STUDENTS WHO MAY FEEL THAT EBSU FEES SHALL BE REDUCED NEXT YEAR TO PEACEFULLY WITHDRAW; AND, IF THEY HAVE COMPLETED PAYMENTS, THEY ARE FREE TO APPLY FOR REFUND.

THIS IS FOR THE INFORMATION OF ALL CONCERNED STUDENTS, PARENTS/GUARDIANS AND INDEED THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

Now that you know about this, let your parents be aware to avoid having problems with them. The usual trend in many universities in Nigeria is for school fees in the second year to reduce. Since this is different at EBSU now, inform your parents.

  1. Honestly the govt shuld be up nd doing to see dt the monetary aspect of education in Nigeria reduces tremendously, so as to enable a layman 2 be educated.
