DISCLAIMER: EBSU Post-UTME Fraud Website Alert!
Ebonyi State University (EBSU) management has released a disclaimer concerning the sale of the 2018/2019 Post-UTME screening form. A particular website has been tagged to be misleading candidates with payment information by putting up a FAKE account with the school’s name.
All members of the general public, especially prospective candidates are hereby informed and urged to take note and beware of this website and account number so as to not fall victim of the fraudulent acts. See full details below.
EBSU Post-UTME Disclaimer/Important Information
The attention of the Management of Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki (EBSU) has been drawn to a fictitious website, www.dailyschoolnews.com.ng/ebsu- post-utme-date- cut-off-marks-registration/ requesting the public to pay money into some bank accounts for a purported EBSU Post UTME, 2018/2019.
The General Public is therefore advised to disregard the said website, as the operators are nothing but faceless fraudsters who are only out to defraud unsuspecting parents and their wards of their hard earned cash.
For the avoidance of doubt, Ebonyi State University shall not use Post UTME in its 2018/2019 admission process. Please be warned that the Institution shall not be liable for any loss of fund arising from patronizing the said fictitious website and fraudsters. Operators of the said website are therefore warned, in their own interest, to desist from such nefarious activity, as the Institution shall not hesitate to prosecute offenders.
All admission procedure regarding the University could be obtained from office of the ‘Registrar, Permanent Site, Ezzamgbo.
