I was actually waiting to see when the second batch of Npower will be released but I am totally confused now that the portal is re-open for fresh application. Could it be that one who was waiting for the second batch can apply for this or there is still hope for the names shortlisted in the second batch be published?
Your reply will help me and many Nigerians who have the mind to apply for this scheme and had already applied waiting for the second batch.
