N-Power Massive Recruitment (Nationwide) – June, July, August 2017 Application: The Federal Government of Nigeria N-Power Massive graduates recruitment for June/July 2017 is currently ongoing all over the Country. Application is on www.npower.gov.ng, the N-Power Portal Recruitment Website and closing date has been extended till August.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for recruitment into the 4 graduate categories of the N-Power Programme: 1) N-Power Agro. 2) N-Power Health. 3) N-Power Teach. 4) N-Power VAIDS.

About the Federal Government N-Power Recruitment Programme – npower.gov.ng

The N-Power Volunteer Corps is the post-tertiary engagement initiative for Nigerians between 18 and 35. It is a paid volunteering programme of a 2-year duration. The graduates will undertake their primary tasks in identified public services within their proximate communities.

All N-Power Volunteers are entitled to computing devices that will contain information necessary for their specific engagement, as well as information for their continuous training and development.

In 2016, the Federal Government engaged 200,000 N-Power Volunteers. In 2017, the Federal Government is enlisting 300,000 more. The June 2017 Application is only open to the Graduate Category- the N-Power Volunteer Corps.

N-Power Programme Key Areas for June 2017 Recruitment

N-Power volunteers will provide teaching, instructional, and advisory solutions in 4 key areas:

N-Power Agro: The Federal Government is engaging 100,000 qualified young Nigerians through the N Power Agro programme.

N-Power Health: Through the N-Power Health programme, young graduates will form part of the 500,000 N-Power Volunteer Corps

N-Power Teach: The N-Power Teach programme will engage qualified graduates for the benefit of basic education delivery in Nigeria.

N-Power VAIDS: Seeks to encourage non-compliant and partially compliant taxpayers to voluntarily declare their correct income

Eligibility for N-Power Recruitment (2017 Requirements)

Age:

  • Applicants must be between 18 – 35 years of age during registration and must have a valid proof of age (e.g. Birth Certificate, affidavit of age declaration, valid photo ID, etc.)

Residency:

  • Applicants must be resident in Nigeria and must have a good knowledge of their location in Nigeria.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must posses at either a Bachelor’s degree, OND, HND or NCE certificate with a statement of result or transcript.

NYSC:

  • Applicants must have completed their service year if applicable.

Application Closing Date

Deadline for the Graduate Category (N-Power Volunteer Corps) recruitment is Not Specified. N-Power recruitment application closing ate is now 31st August, 2017.

Note: The current June – August 2017 Application process only applies to the Graduate Category (N-Power Volunteer Corps). The selection process for 2016 applicants in all Non – Graduate Categories (N-Power Knowledge and N-Power Build) is underway and the training and engagement of successful applicants will be done in batches. At this time the ongoing application is not open to the Non – Graduate categories.

  1. I was actually waiting to see when the second batch of Npower will be released but I am totally confused now that the portal is re-open for fresh application. Could it be that one who was waiting for the second batch can apply for this or there is still hope for the names shortlisted in the second batch be published?
    Your reply will help me and many Nigerians who have the mind to apply for this scheme and had already applied waiting for the second batch.
