TheĀ Federal Polytechnic Ilaro academic calendar for the remaining part of first semester. The resumption datesĀ for the academic session are also available for the second semester.
The Academic Board at its 363rd Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, 8th September 2021 considered and approved the amended Academic Calendar for the second semester, 2020/2021 academic calendar.

- Sunday 29th August 2021 āŗ 2nd Semester lecture begins
- Monday 30th August 2021 āŗ Lecture begins for all students
- Monday 11th October 2021 āŗ Publication of the second semester 2020/2021 Examination timetable
- Saturday 23rd October 2021 to Sunday 31st October 2021 āŗ Students association and union week
- Saturday 20th November 2021 āŗ Lectures end for all students
- Monday, 22nd November, ā Saturday 27th November 2021 āŗ Lecture free week
- Monday 29th November ā Saturday 18th December 2021 āŗ 2nd Semester 2020/2021 Examination (Theory & Practical)
- Sunday, 9th January 2022 āŗ New Session begins
SUMMARY:
- Lecture period for all students 11weeks
- Lecture free week 2weeks
- Examination (Theory & Practical) 3weeks
NOTE: Please note that second-semester test for students should be conducted during the course of lectures with adequate publicity amongst the stakeholders.
There is an error in the Academic Calender for 2015/2016 Session. On the test week for first semester, it states that test for all students starts on 14th of Febuary to 19th of March, that is almost a month for test only.
