FULAFIA Resumption Date for 2019/2020 Session Continuation

FULAFIA resumption date for the continuation of the 2019/2020 academic session has been announced.

This resumption date for the continuation of the 2019/20 session was made that was cut short because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The FULAFIA academic calendar carries all the major events and activities in the University for the session under consideration.

This is to inform the public that the Senate of Federal University of Lafia has approved Monday, February 8, 2021, as the resumption date for the continuation of 2019/2020 academic session.

Consequently, full academic activities will commence immediately on resumption. Staff and students should please take note.

In line with the COVID-19 safety protocols and guidelines announced by Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, the University has put in place adequate coronavirus-preventive measures to ensure the safety of all staff and students on campus.

Accordingly, members of the University community, especially the staff and students are to ensure full compliance with the University’s stringent measures on COVID-19 when the school re-opens.

The use of face mask, regular hand-washing or sanitization and physical distancing are compulsory within the University campus. Therefore, all staff and students are to always come to the University with their face masks and pocket-size hand sanitizers and ensure physical distancing.
