FUOtuoke To Begin 1st Semester Exams After Resumption From Break

Federal University Otuoke have resumed for academic activities after the two week mid-semester break given to students by management of the Institution. The break according to the university Media, Dean Student Life, Dr. Mercillina Offoha was to enable students get refreshed and prepare for their 1st Semester Examination.


Dr. Offoha also noted that students will conclude lectures this week, then embark on revision next week while the semester examination takes place the week after, running for two weeks before they will proceed for the semester break as revealed in the academic calendar.

The Dean revealed that FUO students will be on semester break during the forthcoming 2015 general elections.

On accommodation arrangements, Dr. Marcellina Offoha said the short break did not affect hostel accommodation for students as they still maintain their hostels with exception to those owing the University.

She also expressed optimism that the male hostel under construction will be put to use next session as work is seriously ongoing.
