FUTA Notice On 2nd Semester 2018/2019 CBT

The Computer Based Tests for some selected courses in the University will commence on Monday, September 23, 2019 at the CBT Centre. The Tests would last for two weeks.
A School and Department Based Schedule of the Tests for each day had been released.

Towards a hitch-free and seamless exercise, students who will be turning up for the Tests on each day ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO ADHERE STRICTLY to the School or Department-Based Schedule.

The Schedule is to ensure THERE IS NO CROWDING OR LARGE FORMATION OF STUDENTS AROUND THE CENTRE while a Test is going on.
Students should note that admittance for the Test is STRICTLY on provision of VALID FUTA STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARD.

Personnel of the CBT Centre will be on ground to verify student ID card and ensure that only those whose Schools or Departments are scheduled to write a Test for every period are admitted into the Hall.
Any student who presents him or herself for verification at the time not scheduled for his School or Department will be seen to have COMMITED AN EXAMINATION OFFENCE and will be dealt with as appropriate.
Students who attempt to gain any other unlawful access to the hall will be severely dealt with according to the rules governing the conduct of examination.
The CCE Hilltop Auditorium has been provided as a HOLDING CENTRE for students waiting to take their turn.
All CONCERNED students are advised to strictly comply with these instructions.
