FUTO Gets Increased Admission Quota From 3,000 To 4,320 Admission Slots

This is good news for admission seekers, especially those that are thinking of choosing the Federal University Of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) as one of their choices.

The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University Of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Prof. Chigozie C. Asiabaka at the 31st matricuation ceremony of the University, revealed the increase of admission quota for the University by the National Universities Commission (NUC) from 3000 to 4,320 with effect from 2012/2013 academic session.

The implication of this is that there is a higher chance of getting admission into FUTO since the number of students they can admit has been increased 1,320. This means an additional 1,320 slots for the same number of students.

We congratulate the matriculating students, the school community and JAMB UTME Candidates that will choose FUTO as one of their choices.
