FUTO 2nd Round Supplementary Admission 2019/2020 Form

The Federal University Of Technology 2nd round of supplementary admission for 2019/2020 academic session has been announced. Candidates that could not gain admission are hereby informed. Candidates that had already procured the form should check here for the new date.

Eligibility for FUTO Change of form 2019/2020

1. Candidates who registered for the FUTO supplementary admissions exercise but are yet to be offered admission can reapply at NO COST for any of the advertised courses.
2. Candidates who did not initially register for FUTO supplementary admissions can also apply on the condition that they pay the sum of Eleven thousand naira (N11, 000.00) only for the Supplementary Admission.
3. Candidates must upload their O’Level results on JAMB PORTAL.
4. Candidates should be properly guided by the provisions in the JAMB brochure with particular reference to the O’Level

Kindly note that the aggregate score is calculated by dividing the sum of JAMB Score and Post-UTME Score by eight. (Aggregate Score = (JAMB Score + Post-UTME Score)/8)

How to apply

1. Visit the University official website futo.edu.ng.
2. Click on “Prospective Students”
3. Click on 2019/2020 Supplementary Admissions exercise.
4. Click on “Generate Supplementary Admission Invoice”.
5. Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
6. Print your invoice and proceed to any bank to pay a non-refundable fee of N11,000.00 using your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Code on the invoice.
7. Alternatively, you can make payment using the online payment options with credit/debit cards such as Verve, Visa, Master Cards.
8. After successful payment in the bank, return to the portal.
9. Repeat Steps (1) – (3).
10. Click on “Fill Supplementary Application Form”
11. Complete and submit online Supplementary Application Form.
12. Print out your “Acknowledgement Slip”.

FUTO Supplementary Admission Deadline

The deadline for sales of FUTO Supplementary Admission form has been extended. The new deadline is 31st October, 2019.
