IAUE Notice to 2016/2017 Graduates On Payment/Clearance

Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, IAUE has released a notification to all students that graduated in the 2016/2017 academic session concerning payments and clearance. All such concerned graduates are hereby informed.

The university management hereby urges all such concerned graduates to comply with the directives stated below and ensure they do the necessary for their own benefit.iaue notice

 

 

IAUE Notice to 2016/2017  Graduands On Payments/Clearance

I write to request graduands  of 2016/2017 Academic Session to immediately commence their clearance for the purpose of issuance of statement of results and inclusion of their names in the convocation brochure for the forthcoming convocation ceremony.

For the avoidance of doubt only graduands who have paid forty-one thousand naira (N41,000) for the Certificate, Convocation Brochures, Convocation gowns, Clearance form and Statement of result will be listed in the convocation brochure. All such payment must be made on-line and a receipt obtained, and thereafter proceeds to collect clearance form at the Registrar’s office.

Furthermore,  graduands who are yet to submit their blue-background passport photograph to Academic Office (Senate) are urged to do so without delay for the purpose of scripting their certificates.

Please comply and treat as urgent.
