Information reaching us today and also confirmed by PunchNG has it that Students of The Polytechnic Ibadan (IbadanPoly), on Monday protested over the epileptic power supply in the school.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the students, who protested for over two hours, paralysed human and vehicular movements.
The aggrieved students rendered anti-government slogans and barricaded all entrances leading into the institution.
We hope the management of the Polytechnic would intervene in this issue before students start to destroy properties. We pray it remains peaceful and they get solution to their problem.
