Lagos State “Ready Set Work” Program 2017 [Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Scheme]
Lagos State Ministry of Education “Ready Set Work” Entrepreneurship Programmme application for undergraduate final year and Penultimate (semi finalist) students of tertiary institutions in the state.
The Lagos State “ReadySetWork” programme is an employability and entrepreneurship program aimed at preparing final year students for immediate entry into the workforce as employees and employers of labour by equipping them with market-aligned knowledge, soft skills, business tools, and a mindset reorientation to the world of work.
Who Can Apply For Lagos State Ready Set Work Scheme?
The targets for this project are final and penultimate year students of:
- Lagos State University (LASU)
- Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH)
- Lagos State College of Health Technology
- Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education (AOCOED)
- Micheal Otedola College of Education (MOCPED)
- University of Lagos (UNILAG)
Programme Curriculum
It consists of the following:
- General Module
- Combined Entrepreneurship and Employability module
- Teachers track purely for participants from AOCOED & MOCPED
- Penultimate year module (RSW Online Academy)
Students Application
- Final year students desirous of enhancing their skills in preparation for the world of work, should go to the Ready.Set.Work website, carefully fill and submit the application form providing all required information and documents.
- Penultimate year students desirous of meeting the eligibility criteria for Ready.Set.Work in their final year should go to the Ready.Set.Work website, carefully fill and submit the application form providing all required information and documents.
How To Apply for Lagos State Ready Set Work Programme for 2017
For penultimate (third year or fourth year for those studying a 5-year course) year students, use the following to register for the RSW online academy: http://readysetwork.com.ng/penultimate-register./
Final year students are to register via this portal : http://readysetwork.com.ng/register/
The competition among schools is rife. You will be required to answer some questions during registration to test your knowledge. These are very simple tests but will reveal if you make some common mistakes. For example, you should watch out and not use “am” instead of “I am”.

Registration is on and application for the Lagos State Ministry of Education Ready Set Work Entrepreneurship Programmme will close Saturday 24th June, 2017.
