Maritime Academy of Nigeria Oron, MAN Post-UTME screening form for 2018/2019 academic session is out on sale. The Maritime Academy of Nigeria Post UTME cut-off mark for 2018/2019 admission screening exercise has also been announced.

Applications forms are available for the Maritime Academy of Nigeria Oron, MAN Post JAMB/Admission Screening exercise for the 2018/2019 academic session. MAN Post UTME cut-off mark is 180 and 160 depending on your course. Application fee is N15,000.

MAN Oron Post-UTME Screening Form

Maritime Academy of Nigeria (MAN), Oron, invites all the candidates who selected Academy as their institution of First Choice and have scored the specified cut-off marks to attend the Post JAMB UTME screening exercise for National Diploma programmes as stated below.

Who Is Qualified For Man Oron Post-UTME Screening? (Eligibility Criteria)

1. A minimum of 180 marks in the 2018/2019 JAMB Examination for:

a) Nautical Science
b) Marine Engineering and
c) Electrical/Electronics Engineering

2. A minimum of 160 marks in the 2018/2019 JAMB Examination for Maritime Transport and Business Studies.

3. A minimum of five (5) credit passes in Senior School Certificate Examination or its equivalent obtained in not more than two sittings within the last five years in relevant subjects as detailed below.

MAN Oron Post-UTME / Admission Requirements

i) ND Nautical Science

Admission Requirements

Applicants must posses the following:
Five (5) credit passes at Senior School Certificate Examination or its equivalent in the following subjects:

English Language
Mathematics
Physics and

any two relevant subjects from Geography, Chemistry or other Science subjects obtained at NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS.

ii) ND Marine Engineering

Admission Requirements

Applicants must be holders of Senior School Certificate or its equivalent with at least FIVE (5) CREDIT PASSESin the following subjects obtained at NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS

English Language
Mathematics
Physics,and

any two relevant subjects from Technical Drawing, Chemistry and other Science subjects.

iii) ND Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Admission Requirements

Applicants must be holders of Senior School Certificate or its equivalent with at least FIVE (5) CREDIT PASSESin the following subjects obtained at NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS:

English Language
Mathematics
Physics, and

any two relevant subjects from Chemistry, Technical Drawing and other Science subjects.

iv) ND Maritime Transport and Business Studies

Admission Requirements

Applicants must be holders of Senior School Certificate or its equivalent with at least FIVE (5) CREDIT PASSES in the following subjects obtained at NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS

English Language
Mathematics
Economics/Commerce,

and any two relevant subjects from Government, Principles of Account, Commerce, and Geography.

Medicals

Medical test will be conducted on candidates to determine their suitability or otherwise.

Marital Status

Applicants who must be single shall remain single throughout the duration of the programme.

Age Limit for Each Programme

Applicants for admission into National Diploma programme in Nautical Science and Marine Engineering must be between the ages of 16 and 21 years old as at the time of commencement of the programme while candidates applying for Maritime Transport and Business Studies and Electrical/Electronics Engineering must be between the ages of 16 and 25 years old as at the time of commencement of the programme.

Candidates who meet the cut-off mark and chose the Academy as their  should log on using the JAMB Registration Number and the SCORE as their password.

Applicants are to follow the steps below for a successful registration.

Application Fee:N 2,000.00

Bank charges: N300.00

Step One: Login

  1. Login to the Portal using the following
    • Username = Jamb Registration Number
    • Password = Jamb Score

Step Two: Update Profile

  1. Upload your passport and complete your profile (Click Browse/Search or Choose File)
    • Acceptable format is JPEG and PNG
    • Picture must be digital passport photograph
    • Resolution must be at least 200 DPI
    • Each photograph should capture the head and top of the shoulders so that the face takes up to 70-80% of the photograph
    • Show the eyes looking directly at the camera
    • Show skin tone naturally
    • Image must be less than 100kb.

  1. Select the Number of Sitting
    • Complete the Field with all Information Requested
    • Submit Form

Step Five: Referees

Step Six: Make payment

  1. Click Make Payment
    • Select the required Mode of Payment
      • Online Debit Card Payment
      • Bank Counter Payment
      • Proceed to payment
    • Bank Counter Payment
      • Print the Payment Slip or use the Transaction ID to pay at the bank(using Etranzact Platform). Note confirm that your information is correct at the bank before payment. A confirmation Order will be given to your after payment.
      • Select Verify Bank Payment, enter the Confirmation Order, if successful proceed to Print Online Receipt
    • Online Debit Card Payment (Etranzact Platform)
      • Click Pay, select the Bank and proceed
      • If successful proceed to Print Online Receipt
    • Change Payment Mode
      • Click Make Payment
      • Change Mode of Payment and respect a. or b
