Internship Job Descriptions – 2015/2016
- Strong problem solving skills with a solid knowledge of accounting and finance
- Basic knowledge of commercial real estate (all property types)
- Strong results orientation and ability to work in a performance-based environment
- Proactive, positive and goal oriented with the ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Self-starter
- Strong business acumen
- Undergraduate degree required with study in real estate, finance, economics or accounting
Qualifications
- This internship requires strong analytical and research skills, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well independently and strong critical thinking skills. In addition:
- Candidates from any discipline or area of study will be considered, but a good understanding of the financial markets, investments and the economy is required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access and Power Point.
- Business intelligence tools a plus.
- A solid work ethic, the ability to work on multiple assignments at once and a positive team-oriented attitude.
