MOUAU Cut-Off Mark For 2022/2023 Out

Official MOUAU Cut-Off Mark for Admission

Candidates who made Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike their first choice and scored 140 marks and above in the 2022 UTME are eligible to apply. In other words, the cut off mark MOUAU will use for the 2022/2023 admission is 140.

You would recall that this is the minimum JAMB score recommended by JAMB and other stakeholders in the education sector. MOUAU has used higher JAMB scores in the past.

Candidates who applied to other Universities could change to MOUAU as the first(1st) choice at a JAMB Portal and then apply accordingly.

Background on the Cut Off Point

Candidates who made Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike their first choice and scored 180 marks and above in the 2019 UTME are eligible to apply.

That was the requirements in 2019, for example. However, since JAMB kept lowering the standard, many school have followed suit to remain competitive.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • The minimum age for admission is 16 years.
  • A candidate must in addition have an acceptable score in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Examination or a¬†Diploma, NCE with at least lower credit.
  • The candidate should at least possess a minimum of 5 credit passes at the SSCE or equivalent. They should be in not more than 2 sittings in relevant subjects including English and Mathematics.
