There are two Nigeria Merit Undergraduate Scholarships available for Nigerian students starting their undergraduate degree studies in September 2013.
The scholarships are worth £7,000 of your undergraduate course tuition fee per year. This will take the form of a tuition fee reduction. This means that you still pay tuition fees but with £7,000 reduction.
To be eligible for the Nigeria Merit Undergraduate Scholarships 2013 (£7,000), applicants must be:
» A Nigerian national or permanently domiciled in Nigeria, apply for a study place by Friday 19 April 2013 and hold an offer of a study place for entry in September 2011.
The deadline for applications for the scholarship is Friday 26 April 2013, results will be announced by Friday May 31 2013.
The Nigeria Merit Undergraduate Scholarships 2013 (£7,000) are awarded on the basis of academic merit. If you wish to be considered for one of these scholarships you need to apply. Eligible students will automatically be sent details of how to apply from January 2013 onwards.
Applicants cannot apply for the scholarships before being
offered a study place at Sheffield. This means that you must be a student already offered admission at the University of Sheffield before you can apply.
