NOUN 17th Matriculation Ceremony Postponed Indefinitely!

The National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN, management has announce that the 17th matriculation ceremony of the institution has been postponed indefinitely. All newly admitted students are hereby informed.

The management wishes to inform all matriculating students as well as their parents/guardian of the postponement of the 17th matriculation ceremony. Details below.

The general public and all newly admitted students are hereby notified that the 17th Matriculation Ceremony of the National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN, meant to officially usher in the new students of the university has been postponed.

“Please be informed that the 17th Matriculation Ceremony of the National Open University of Nigeria is hereby postponed. A new date would be communicated to you”
