Payment Of SIWES Allowance 2007, 2008/2009, 2009/2010 & 2010/2011 Sets

I stumbled upon the following information on FUTMINNA Website: Following the Log book verification exercise carried out by ITF for 2007, 2008/2009, 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 SIWES Programme, the Names on the List are the qualified students with corresponding amount due to them.

Note: The method of payment is by e-payment and the payment exercise will be carryout by the ITF NOT the University. You must have submitted your correct account details after your SIWES to enable the University forward same to ITF for payment.

Payment Of SIWES Allowance

Go to the SIWES Login page of FUTMINNA and Login with your Matric Number, Enter your matric number in this format (2005/21310BG) or (05/21310BG) and click submit. This should have been done before 15/03/2013

Now, my question is this:

Shouldn’t this exercise be done at the same time in all Schools and shouldn’t the payment for every school be done at the same time?

A school like the Universiy of Agriculture, has not passed this kind of information across to students that had their IT in 2009. All those students have graduated and many of them are evn working now. They have lost hope of getting this money? What is happening?
