Please Come Collect Your Certificates – WAEC

The West African Examinations Council, WAEC has urged candidates to come collect their certificate. Certificates of candidates who had written the examination at one point in time dating back to the 80s. The Zonal Coordinator of WAEC in Port Harcourt , Mr Uduak admonished past candidates saying ”there are many certificates of candidates uncollected”.

Mr Uduak Humphrey said ”Almost all the years are there, we have the recent ones and the 90s. The only ones that are few are those of the 80s. Those of the 1990s, 2000 and above are all there, people are encouraged to come and collect theirs”

He added that the that affected candidates would need to pay a token to collect their certificates, stating that the amount to be paid depends on the duration at which the certificate has been kept safe by WAEC.

The Zonal Coordinator concluded saying that for schools should request for it and it would be sent to them in bulk.
