Application for the 8th Ships & Ports Annual National Essay Competition has commenced. The 2014 edition of the essay contest is titled “How Should government and stakeholders address the Apapa traffic gridlock?” Closing date for entries has also been states. All entries must be submitted not later than Friday, 28th November, 2014.

1. All entries must be typed and double spaced.
2. Use font size 12 only.
3. Entries must not be more than 5 typed pages
4. Multiple entries by an individual will be disqualified
5. Attach this form to your essay
6. All entries must be typed on A4 paper.
7. Closing date for submission of entries is 28th November, 2014
