Tai Solarin University of Education, TASUED academic calendar 2023/2024 has been released. The calendar is the schedule of activities for the 2023/2024 academic session.

The University Senate has confirmed that the 2023/2024 Academic Session will commence on Monday, 13th November 2023.

First Semester Schedule

• 13th November 2023:
  • SIWES starts for 300-level students.
  • Teaching Practice begins for 400-level students.
  • Resumption and Registration for 200L and 300L students (Registration online).
• 15th November 2023:
  • Orientation for Teaching Practice (400 Level students) – Virtual.
• 27th – 28th November 2023:
  • Convocation Ceremonies.
• 29th November 2023:
  • Statutory Senate Meeting.
• 4th December 2023:
  • Lectures begin for 100 – 300 Level students.
• 25th – 26th December 2023:
  • Public Holidays.
• 27th December 2023:
  • Statutory Senate Meeting.
• 15th – 19th January 2024:
  • Orientation for fresh students.
• 26th January 2024:
  • SIWES ends for 300 Level students.
• 30th January 2024:
  • Matriculation ceremony for fresh students.
• 31st January 2024:
  • Statutory Senate Meeting.
• 5th – 9th February 2024:
  • Continuous Assessment (CBT test for general courses).
• 12th – 16th February 2024:
  • Revision Week.
• 19th February 2024:
  • Examinations start for 100L – 300L students.
• 28th February 2024:
  • Statutory Senate Meeting.
• 8th March 2024:
  • Teaching Practice ends for 400L students.
  • Examination ends for 100L – 300L students.

Second Semester Schedule

• 25th March 2024:
  • Second Semester begins with lectures for all levels.
• 27th March 2024:
  • Statutory Senate Meeting.
• 24th April 2024:
  • Statutory Meetings.
• 13th – 17th May 2024:
  • Continuous Assessment (CBT for general courses).
• 31st May 2024:
  • Lectures end for all students.
• 29th May 2024:
