The UNIABUJA Top-Up Admission Form for the 2025/2026 academic session is now officially available.

The University of Abuja, through its Centre for Distance Learning and Continuing Education (CDL&CE), invites qualified candidates with HND, Third Class, or Pass degree qualifications to upgrade to a complete Bachelor’s Degree through its Top-Up/Degree Conversion Programme.

Eligibility Criteria for UNIABUJA Top-Up Admission

Applicants must possess any of the following:

• A Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least a Lower Credit
• A Bachelor’s Degree with a Third Class or Pass

Additional requirements include:

• Minimum five O’Level credit passes, including English and Mathematics (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, GCE, or Teachers’ Grade II)
• Two A-Level passes with five O’Level credits
• ND or NCE with at least 10 points
• IJMB with at least 10 points in relevant subjects

All qualifications must be obtained from institutions recognized by law.

How to Apply for UNIABUJA Top-Up Admission 2025/2026

Follow these steps to complete your application:

1. Go to the UNIABUJA Top-Up Application Portal.
2. Click “Application Access” and choose Bachelor’s Degree Upgrade.
3. Fill in your details: Surname, First Name, Other Names, Email, and Phone Number.
4. Click “Next” to move to the payment section.
5. Click “Generate RRR,” then “Make Payment” to proceed to Remita.
6. Use MasterCard or Visa Card to pay the ₦20,000 application fee (excluding bank charges).
7. After payment, return to the portal automatically.
8. You will receive your Application Number on the screen and via SMS.
9. Log out and go to the main login page.
10. Log back in using your Application Number and Surname.
11. Complete the remaining part of the application form.
12. Review and apply.

Application Deadline

All applications must be completed and submitted on or before Friday, 13th June 2025.

Late applications will not be accepted.
