UNILESA Matriculation Ceremony Details
- Date: The ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, 12th December 2023.
- Time: Festivities begin at 10:00 am, with attendees encouraged to be punctual.
- Venue: The University Multipurpose Hall will serve as the gathering point for this momentous occasion.
Participation Criteria
- Eligibility: Participation in the matriculation is exclusive to students who have completed their financial commitments to UNILESA, including the payment of acceptance and tuition fees.
Academic Gown Collection
- Matriculating students are to collect their academic gowns from their respective Faculty Officers.
- Collection Date: Gowns will be available from 11:00 am on Monday, 11th December 2023.
Gown Return Policy
- Return Deadline: Gowns must be returned by 2:00 pm on the day of the matriculation, Tuesday, 12th December 2023.
- Late Returns: Delayed returns or loss of gowns will result in a penalty fine.
