University of Calabar, UNICAL Admissions Requirements For All Courses

Are you thinking of applying for Admission at the University of Calabar, UNICAL or have already accepted an offer of admission, we’re here to help you with the application process.

You can apply to many UNICAL programs directly from secondary school. The general admission requirements are:

Completion of secondary school (i.e. SSCE/GCE O-level)
with a minimum overall average of 70% in five academic SSCE/GCE O-level courses. A final grade of at least 70% in SSCE/GCE O-level English and any other required subject.

Admission to many programs at UNICAL is competitive; meeting the minimum entrance average does not guarantee admission. Normally, 70% or higher is necessary in all required subjects for early admission.
