Mr. Garba said that work would commence at the site in three weeks time, adding that the company would provide independent power supply, independent water supply and internet facilities for use by students accommodated in the hostels.

He also disclosed that the hostels would be equipped with relaxation centre, common room, gymnasium and kiosks.

The Director General explained further that funds would be sufficiently provided to ensure a timely completion of the project, stating that his company would want to give the students a sense of belonging and comfort as they engage in their academic pursuit.

Also briefing the University management, the Managing Director of Alpha Morgan, Mr. Ade Buraimo, said that funds for its planned three blocks of 300 rooms had already been set aside and assured that work would begin on their site within 60 days from the day the MoU is signed.
