UNIZIK Convocation Ceremony 2025 โ 19th Edition
The 19th Nnamdi Azikiwe University – UNIZIK Convocation Ceremony has been announced for the 2023/2024 academic session.
The event will take place from Wednesday, 26th March to Friday, 28th March 2025, featuring the award of degrees, honorary recognitions, and commissioning of projects.

Convocation Fees
- First Degree: โฆ27,000
- Masterโs Degree & Postgraduate Diplomas: โฆ71,300
- Ph.D.: โฆ122,300 (includes gown and all required items)

- Academic Outfit (Gown & Cap)

Payment & Collection Instructions
- Payment Portal: UNIZIK ePayment Portal (from Monday, 10th February 2025)
- Collection of Convocation Materials:
- First Degree Graduands: Faculties & Departments
- Higher Degree Graduands: College of Postgraduate Studies
- Collection Date: Monday, 17th March 2025
- Gown Return Deadline: Wednesday, 2nd April 2025 (Late return attracts penalties)
Dress Code & Procession for the UNIZIK Convocation Ceremony
- Graduates must wear formal or national attire.
- Participation in the academic procession is mandatory.
- The procession starts at 9:30 a.m. daily (graduates must assemble at the College of Postgraduate Studies).
Security & Venue Guidelines
- Bags and large items are not allowed inside the Convocation Arena.
- Parking spaces will be available for guests with parking and invitation cards.
- Security personnel will guide vehicles to designated parking zones.
- Selling of items near the Convocation Arena is strictly prohibited.
