You can buy the e-facility scratch card from any JAMB office Nationwide. Just walk into any JAMB Office Nationwide (See Addresses of all JAMB Offices in Nigeria HERE!) and ask for the JAMB 2013 E-Facility Card. This will be sold for N1,000. Not too much I guess but you can prevent it or (if you are already in this pot) could have prevented this if you had read this post.
