YouWin FG Competition : Application For Second Stage Begins For Female Applications

The Federal Ministry of Finance has made an announcement concerning the first stage winners of the second edition of the Youth With Innovation in Nigeria (YOUWIN!) business plans competition.

The breakdown of the 6,000 winners who qualified for the second stage showed North-central had 1,122 candidates; North-east 785; North-west 845; South-east 894 South-south 1,140; and South-west with 1,214 winners.

YouWiN! Women Applicants Round 2 Application is Open for Submissions. All YouWiN Awardees are to Check their emails for a data update survey and information on website development.

The Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria (You WiN!) Programme is a collaboration of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Communication Technology (CT), the Ministry of Youth Development and the Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development that will launch an annual Business Plan Competition (BPC) for aspiring young entrepreneurs in Nigeria, in line with the Federal Government’s drive to create more jobs, supporting aspiring entrepreneurial youth in Nigeria to develop and execute business ideas. The programme will be implemented in partnership with Nigeria’s private sector, who will be requested to provide funding support.
