Candidates who selected Federal Polytechnic, Offa, as their first choice in the 2025 UTME and scored 100 or above can now apply for screening into the full-time National Diploma (ND) programmes. Even if you didn’t initially choose the institution, you can still participate by completing a change of institution on the JAMB portal.

To be eligible for the Federal Poly Offa Post-UTME Admission, you must:
- Choose Federal Polytechnic, Offa as your first choice in JAMB or change to it officially through the JAMB portal.
- Score at least 100 in the 2025 UTME.
- Possess five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects (including Mathematics and English) at not more than two sittings.
- Upload your O’Level results to JAMB CAPS through a certified CBT center.
- Have a valid and functional personal email address.
Note: Candidates with awaiting results are eligible to apply, but must ensure results are uploaded to JAMB CAPS before admission can be offered.
How to Apply for Federal Poly Offa Post-UTME Admission
To apply, follow these steps carefully:
- Visit the Screening Portal
Go to the official Federal Poly Offa admission portal - Payment of Application Fee
- Pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000.
- Use an ATM card that supports Interswitch to complete the payment online.
- Complete the Screening Form
- Fill in your personal and academic details accurately.
- Upload your O’Level results and other required documents.
- Use your full name (surname first) exactly as it appears on your JAMB and O’Level documents.
- Print Required Documents
- Print the Post-Screening Slip.
- Print the Security Form and submit it in person to the Main Campus Security Office located along Ojoku Road, Offa.
