Admission Requirements for AFIT Pre-HND and HND Programs

For HND Admission:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

National Diploma (ND) from a recognized institution in a related discipline with at least a Lower Credit (CGPA ≥ 2.50).
A minimum of one year of industrial work experience in a relevant field.
Five O’Level credit passes, including English Language, Mathematics, and Physics, were obtained from WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.
For Procurement and Supply Chain Management, candidates must possess an ND in Business Administration and Management or a related field.

For Pre-HND Admission:

Candidates must:

Hold a National Diploma (ND) with at least Lower Credit in relevant engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Have completed one year of industrial training or relevant work experience.

How to Apply for AFIT Pre-HND and HND Admission 2025/2026

Follow these simple steps to apply online:

Visit the official AFIT application portal
Select your preferred program (Pre-HND or HND).
Pay the ₦10,000 non-refundable application fee using an Interswitch-enabled ATM card.
Please fill in your personal and academic details accurately.
Upload all required documents (ND result, O’Level results, passport photograph, etc.).
Submit your application and print the confirmation slip.
