Al-Ansar University, Maiduguri (AUM), invites applications from candidates who scored at least 150 in the 2025 UTME or possess suitable Direct Entry (DE) qualifications. Interested applicants must also have five O’level credits, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.

If you didn’t initially choose Al-Ansar University, you can still apply by changing your institution to AUM on the JAMB portal before proceeding with the school’s online application.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

You can apply for the Al-Ansar University Post UTME/DE screening if you meet any of the following conditions:

For UTME Applicants:

• Scored a minimum of 150 in the 2025 UTME
• Selected Al-Ansar University, Maiduguri (AUM) as your first choice
• If you didn’t initially choose AUM, you must change your institution to AUM on the JAMB portal.
• Possess at least five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in WAEC, NECO, or equivalent, in not more than two sittings.

For Direct Entry Candidates:

• Must have a valid DE registration with JAMB
• Hold relevant academic qualifications such as OND, NCE, IJMB, JUPEB, or HND
• Meet the exact O’level requirements stated above

How to Apply for Al-Ansar University Post UTME/DE Form

To apply for admission, follow the step-by-step process below:

1. If required, change your first choice institution to Al-Ansar University via the JAMB portal.
2. Upload your O’level and UTME/DE results on both the JAMB portal and the Al-Ansar University portal.
3. Visit the official school website
4. Navigate to the admission section and click on “Apply Now.”
5. Pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 using the online payment platform
6. Fill in all required personal and academic details carefully
7. Submit the form and print your application slip for records
