Auchi Poly Post UTME/DE Form – Who Can Apply

You are eligible if you meet any of the following criteria:

For UTME Applicants

• Scored at least 150 in the 2025 UTME.
• Selected Auchi Polytechnic (in affiliation with UNIZIK) as your first choice in JAMB, or are willing to do a change of institution before screening.
• Have five O’level credits in relevant subjects, including English Language, in not more than two sittings.

For Direct Entry (DE) Applicants

• Applied for Direct Entry admission into Auchi Polytechnic (UNIZIK-affiliated) through JAMB in 2025.
• Hold relevant qualifications such as OND, NCE, HND, or A-Level passes that meet the programme requirements.

Screening Process for Auchi Poly Post UTME/DE Form

• Screening will be online using a point-based system.
• Candidates must log in to the Auchi Polytechnic Post UTME portal to participate.
• Before applying:
  • Upload your O’level results to the JAMB portal via a JAMB office or accredited CBT centre.
  • If using awaiting results, you can register now, but won’t be screened until the results are uploaded.
  • Have a valid personal email address ready.
