Auchi Poly (School of Evening Studies, SES) 2nd semester resumption date for 2014/2015 has been announced. Also out is the reviewed academic calendar for the 2nd semester Auchi Poly SES programme. Students and members of staff as well the general public are hereby informed.
Below is the reviewed Academic Calendar for 2nd Semester 2014/2015 Session (School of Evening Studies, SES) of Auchi Polytechnic.
Sun. 21st June 2015- Students arrive campus
Monday 22nd June 2015 – Lectures begins
13th July, 2015 – First course work test
3rd August, 2015- Second Course work test
28th September, 2015 – Second semester Examinations begins
15th October, 2015 – Second semester Examinations
2nd November, 2015 – Departmental board meeting for the
consideration of second semester examination results (SES students)
17th November, 2015 – School Board meeting for the
consideration of second semester examination results (SES students)
25th- 27th November, 2015 – Academic Board meeting for the consideration of second semester examination results (SES students)
12th December, 2015 – 23rd Convocation
Meanwhile Regular students resumes on the 24th May,. as
lectures begins on 25th May,.
The review in the calendar is due to the ongoing SES examinations. All members of the Auchi Polytechnic community are implored to adhere to the calendar.
