Baze University Post-UTME and DE Form – Who Can Apply?
UTME Applicants
To be eligible, you must:
- Have sat for the 2025 UTME conducted by JAMB
- Meet the minimum UTME score for your chosen course
- Choose a correct JAMB subject combination that aligns with your intended program
- Possess at least five (5) credit passes in either WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Three other relevant subjects
- Obtain these credits in not more than two sittings

Direct Entry (DE) Applicants
