• You are applying through Direct Entry (DE) with a diploma, NCE, A-Level, IJMB, or JUPEB
• You are seeking inter-university transfer from another NUC-approved institution
• You have at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings
