Cross River State Government Local Scholarship Award 2017 application has commenced. Applications are invited from interested and equally qualified students of Cross River State origin currently undergoing Undergraduate and Postgraduate studies in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions.
The Cross River State Government Scholarship is a local scholarship for Undergraduates and Postgraduates for 2016/2017 Academic Session in all field of studies: Arts, Medicine, Humanities, Social Science, Education, Law, Pharmacy, Para-Medicals, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, ICT, Environment Science, Language, Business Management etc.

Below are the requirements (eligibility criteria) and how to apply for the scholarship;
Eligibility Criteria For Cross River State Government Scholarship
Undergraduate:
- Applicants must be from the second year of studies of their studies.
- Must be on a full time regular studies
- Must have a good cumulative grade point average in the previous year’s examination
Postgraduate Students:
- A minimum of 2nd (Class Upper Division) or HND Upper Credit.
- Must have completed their NYSC Program
How To Apply For The Local Scholarship
Interested and qualified applicants who want to apply for the Cross Rivers State Government Local Scholarship for 2016/2017 are to collect Application Form free of charge from the State Scholarship Board and return same accompanied with photocopies of the following:
- Admission Letter
- Previous Session’s Examination Result
- Certificate of Local Government Area of Origin
- Letter of Attestation from the Head of Department
- Any other relevant documents
