Whether or not you initially selected Edo State University Uzairue (EDSU) as your first-choice institution, you are welcome to apply.

Who Can Apply?
UTME Candidates
You are eligible to apply for the Edo State University Post UTME Form if you:
- Participated in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
- Met the required departmental cut-off mark for your chosen course.
- Obtained at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent, in not more than two sittings.
- Have obtained five credits in one sitting for Medicine and Surgery
- Are awaiting O’Level results (you may apply, but you must upload your results when available).
- Did not initially choose Edo State University but are willing to process a Change of Institution via the JAMB portal.
Direct Entry (DE) Applicants
You may apply through DE if you possess any of the following:
- NCE (Merit), OND/HND (Credit), or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- IJMB, JUPEB, Cambridge A-levels, or recognized equivalents with at least two A-level passes related to your intended course.
- All Direct Entry applicants must also meet the university’s basic O’Level requirements.
Inter-University Transfer Students
You can transfer to Edo State University if:
- Your current institution is NUC-accredited.
- You complete the Inter-University Transfer Form available on the school’s portal.
- You pass the screening/interview conducted by EDSU.
- You provide a valid JAMB admission letter from your current university.
- Your CGPA is not below 1.5.
- Your official transcript is sent directly to the Admissions Office at EDSU.
Application Fees
- Post UTME & Direct Entry: ₦2,000 only
- Transfer Applicants: ₦60,000
