FUD Unveils NUC Approved Health Sciences Programmes
Federal University Dutse (FUD) management announce that the National Universities Commission (NUC) has officially sanctioned the inception of various health and science-related academic programmes. These new programmes will commence in the upcoming 2023/2024 Academic Session.
FUD is broadening its academic canvas with the introduction of the following undergraduate courses:
- B.NSc Nursing Science
- B.Sc Public Health
- B.Sc Environmental Health Sciences
These programmes have been strategically chosen to bolster the university’s role in producing skilled professionals capable of addressing the growing health challenges within the region and beyond.
The NUC’s approval extends to an impressive array of postgraduate programmes as well, demonstrating FUD’s commitment to advancing research and expertise:
- PhD in Computer Science
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), MSc, and PhD in Biotechnology
- PhD in Economics
- PGD and MSc in Health Economics
- Masters in Health Economics
- MSc in Animal Science
- MSc in Crop Science
