Who Is Eligible to Apply for the FULAFIA Post UTME and DE Form?

The FULAFIA Post UTME and DE Form is open to:

Candidates who selected FULAFIA as their first choice in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
Applicants with at least five (5) relevant O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, not more than two sittings.
A minimum UTME score of 170, though some programs require higher scores.
Direct Entry candidates must hold merit or lower credit in relevant ND/NCE/IJMB qualifications.

Application Fee: ₦2,000 (non-refundable)

How to Apply for FULAFIA Post UTME and DE Form

Follow the steps below to apply for the FULAFIA Post-UTME and DE Form:

Visit the FULAFIA official portal
Click “Apply” and select Post UTME Application 2025/2026.
Enter your JAMB registration number, email address, and password, then click Proceed.
You’ll be redirected to the login page. Use the same login credentials.
A unique ID starting with FULUG… will appear. Replace your email with this number and log in again.
Confirm and update your personal information.
Proceed to make your ₦2,000 payment via any of the following:
- Remita online payment
- Bank payment (using generated invoice)
- USSD, e-wallet (Paga), or internet banking
Necessary: Only generate your RRR from the FULAFIA portal. RRR generated elsewhere will be rejected.
After payment:
- Return to the dashboard
- Upload your O’Level results
- Refresh your page
- Print your application slip and payment receipt for record-keeping

Additional Notes for Remedial and IJMB Students

If you previously enrolled in FULAFIA’s Remedial or IJMB program, you must still apply for this screening to be considered for admission into 100 or 200-level programs.
